Are your packages shipped discreetly?
Absolutely. Your package will arrive in a plain box or plain package with no indication on the outside as to the contents.
What are your shipping and handling costs?
Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the CARRIER and not by us, the cost depends on the chosen shipping method chosen by you, either USPS Media Mail, USPS PRIORITY MAIL or FedEx 2-Day Service. These costs are calculated by THEM based on weight, dimensions and size with adequate padding, filler and protection taken into account. This means in most cases the prices are low, because the weight and size of most items is low or small and a lot can usually fit into smaller packages, hence that means the more you order the more money you SAVE on shipping.
What method of shipping do you use?
You have several options to choose from in the shopping cart as you process your order. Your choices are standard ground USPS Media Mail 2-8 days, USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days, Fedex 2nd Day and International Shipping. Note: Shipping times are estimates and not exact, they can vary due mitigating circumstances like weather and other factors, these estimates are based on business days and do not take into account weekends.
Do you ship to P.O.Boxes ?
Yes, we have customers who for one reason or another do not receive mail at their residences or prefer to use a P.O. Box. For that reason our standard USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail service is perfect for customers wanting to have deliveries to a P.O.Box address, depending on the weight and size of the box and the zip code where the item is being shipped.
How quickly do you ship? (USPS)
In most cases on average all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. On Average USPS Priority Mail shipments arrive within 1 to 3 days once products ship (USPS Media Mail takes anywhere from 2 – 8 business days). There are times when out-of-stock situations or other factors may delay shipping. If an unusual delay is expected we will notify you of the delay by email. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and do everything possible to get the order out to you as quickly as possible within 48 hours. Please ALWAYS ALLOW enough time for us to process and package your order.
2-Day (FEDEX) Deliveries
When ordering 2-Day FedEx Service please keep in mind that if you order after Noon PST Monday thru Thursday or after 10am PST on Fridays, it will NOT ship until the next business day. 2-Day FedEx service is a 2-regular-business-day service, which does not include weekends or holidays. (FedEx do not deliver on Saturdays without imposing an additional higher fee, usually about $30.00 to $40.00 MORE than the standard 2-Day fee and Saturday deliveries have to be specially arranged, and can only be done by calling us and ordering by phone). Our online shopping cart does not calculate Saturday delivery charges, therefore, we do not offer Saturday deliveries.) Please ALWAYS ALLOW enough time for us to process and package your order.
If I order on Monday and 2-day Fedex delivery, does that mean I will get it on Wednesday?
Yes usually but if you order after 12 Noon PST it would not ship from us until the next day meaning you would not receive it until Thursday. For 2-day Fedex service you must order before 12 Noon PST to allow us enough time to package the order and get it shipped through FedEx before there cut-off time. Additionally, if you order FedEx 2-day service on a Friday before Noon, it will not arrive until Tuesday.
What about TRACKING Information?
Whether you choose USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, Fedex 2-day or UPS Ground – ALL Shipments come with Tracking and this is emailed to you once your order is shipped so that you can correctly track your package on route to you.
What about International deliveries?
All International deliveries are sent USPS International Mail Service and take anywhere from 6 to 10 business days on average. The cost of this service is entirely determined by the carrier and the size and weight of your order.
Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?
Not necessarily. You can specify on our order form that the package be left without your signature, or you can leave a note on the door telling the delivery driver to leave the package. Just keep in mind that if you specify that it be left without your signature then you assume all of the risk if someone steals it before you get home. In most cases, packages shipped through the U.S. Mail do not require a signature for delivery. Also, in some cases, the driver may refuse to leave a package if he/she feels it is unsafe to do so.
Returned Orders Unclaimed or Refused
If a signature is required and the customer refuses to pick up or sign for the package, the package will be returned to GayVM. In that event, you authorize GayVM to charge the return shipping fee to the original payment method used when the order was placed. So please always remember to claim your packages.
